Project description: 

GO Expansion is a multibillion program to expand and upgrade the GO commuter rail system, to provide more capacity, more and better stations, and faster and more frequent trains. GO. This will transform GO service into an express rail system with more frequent services, all day, every day. The program consists of multiple new stations, upgrades to existing stations, 300km of new track, electrification, new fleet, additional train storage capacity, multiple grade separation and rail bridge upgrades. The objective is to create a world class, efficient, fully integrated and environmentally sustainable commuter rail service. 

Our founder was involved in the planning and procurement phase supporting the production of specification, procurement strategies and overall project management. There he managed a series of sub-consultants preparing operational concepts that were used as the overall reference concept design throughout the bid phase.
