Our Journey
Our journey began with a vision to solve the most intricate infrastructure challenges for Infrastructure Owners and Developers bringing projects from conception to operation. Momentum Infrastructure was founded on three guiding principles to foster infrastructure delivery success: promote safety, build smart collaborating teams, and strive for excellence.
Since our inception, we have been dedicated to bringing into use major portions of rail and transit infrastructure assets in the Greater Toronto Area as part of the largest transit expansion in North America. As a growing organization, we look to leverage these experiences and share our culture, systems and specialized knowledge that has brought our clients success.

About the Founder
Meet Cosimo Stalteri,
M.Eng, P.Eng:
Cosimo is the Managing Director of Momentum Infrastructure. He founded Momentum Infrastructure after successfully leading the delivery of high-value complex infrastructure within the Union Station Rail Corridor for the Ontario Line project in Toronto, Canada. With extensive experience across operations, maintenance, and capital works, Cosimo is known for his ability to navigate large organizations and deliver significant projects into revenue operation.
Prior to founding Momentum Infrastructure, Cosimo held leadership roles at Jacobs Solutions, a Fortune 500 company ranked #1 in engineering News-Record’s Top 500 Design Firms, and Hatch, a top engineering services firm. He is a Professional Engineer of Ontario and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
