Exhibition Station Early Works

Project description: 

Exhibition GO Station will accommodate both GO and Ontario Line passengers. This project includes the activation of the existing decommissioned north headhouse, demolition of an existing building on 1 Atlantic Avenue and construction of a new fully accessible headhouse, passenger tunnel extension and vertical accesses, relocation of GO tracks 1 and 2, existing platform improvements, partial construction of the new GO/Ontario Line joint platform, rail corridor and third-party utility relocations and protection. 

Momentum Infrastructure together with its partners and client supported the planning and delivery of the signal infrastructure relocations undertaken during a track closure in May 2024. This included the track access request, review of signal plans and testing procedures, hour by hour schedule analysis, test train coordination and oversight of the contractor performing the physical works.
